Steffen Eriksen ‘17

Steffen is a senior pursuing a double major in History and Economics modified with Philosophy and Political Theory. He is interested in strategy and design, and was drawn to the Paganucci Fellows Program by the opportunity to explore these interests in the realm of social entrepreneurship. Steffen spent the summer of 2014 working in Denmark for an entrepreneurship-centered business incubator, then interned this past winter as a research analyst in the technology and fin-tech practices of consulting firm Egon Zehnder. At Dartmouth, he has pursued further global experiences through a study of intellectual history and political thought at University College London, as well as completion of the Rockefeller Global Leadership Program. Steffen has also conducted research for the history department as a Presidential Scholar, serves on the leadership council of the Political Economy Project, and co-captains the men's club soccer team. Looking ahead, Steffen hopes to pursue a career in the consulting field before considering graduate studies.
